I was really disappointed in the election result. I expected National to win but I didn't expect them to have wins in places like West Coast Tasman and Auckland seats Mount Roskill and New Lynn which have been Labour strongholds even when they were in opposition. I certainly hope Rachel Boyack wins with the special votes because I think Blair Cameron is full of himself. I know National are not going to deliver on their promises and I think Christopher Luxon is out of his depth.
