A Train Ride.
On January 30th, I went on my second trip of the summer on the Founders Park train. It is a 1969 train and it is heaps of fun. I learnt about trains and the train track in and out of Nelson which closedin 1956. The Founders Park train is very popular with visitors from outside of Nelson and costs about $5 for a 20 minute ride. It operates from Thursday to Sunday and everyday over the school holidays. I will do it again during the year.
