Motueka.


I remember Motueka from when I was growing up. I went to the Abel Tasman Education Centre in Riwaka, just outside of Motueka. I remember the bus stop from 1999, when I traveled over there between March and mid-June.

"Motu" means island and "eka" means bird. I also remember the information centre. Motueka brings back old memories of my youth, and the region has truly grown since then.
