On
February 24th, I received in the mail, a book called ‘Mrs Kennedy
and Me’. It was written by Clint Hill, the Secret Service agent who jumped on
the car during the assassination of President John F Kennedy on November 22
1963. He was assigned to look after Jackie Kennedy. I found out, from the book,
that Jackie liked playing tennis in her spare time. I also learnt that Jackie
liked shopping. I found out that Clint Hill went on all of Jackie’s overseas
trips. Clint Hill, before he worked for Mrs Kennedy, worked for President
Eisenhower. I really enjoyed the book. I brought it on line at the Nile.co.nz
which is an online book company based in Auckland. I first heard about the book in 2012 and I had
been considering buying it is one of my favourite books about the Kennedy’s
that I have.
