I went to high school at Nayland
College from 1995 to 1998. I was based at the learners support centre which I
found quite boring and I didn't enjoy it much until my final year when I did
more mainstream classes. This was before I was diagnosed with autism in 2001.
My favourite subject was transition with Mrs. Burrage which was heaps of fun. That
was in my final year. In 1998 my behaviour was much better and I started to
enjoy school more. I didn't wag because I was being challenged at more mainstream
classes. Miss Nelson was an excellent Head of Department and the best teacher
was Mr Breingan who was funny.Monday, April 16, 2018
