Sonia.

On May 7, I went by bus to  the ENZA factory where my father used to work and where his ashes are. I took Sonia, a nice lady who supports me with my autism and who was wonderful when my father was unwell and coped with my mean spirited behaviour before and after my dad died. I also took the challenge of going in Sonia's car. The last time I did so was on May 30 2016, the day before my father collapsed and was diagnosed with cancer. I have been put off going in Sonia's car since then. Me and Sonia plan to visit my father again. I think going in Sonia's car is a healthy way of heeling. Now I know Sonia is not a taxi service and wouldn't expect it all the time but I think her car has some benefits:
A) You are out of your comfort zone.
B) It is part of the heeling process.
C )You Spread your wings.

D) You do something different with your support.
