My favourite First Lady is Jackie
Kennedy. I admire that she kept her husband, President Kennedy 's affairs quiet and did a tour of
the White House on t.v. in the early
1960s, after President Kennedy was elected. I think Jackie was brave to wear her
blood stained pink outfit all the way from Dallas to Washington. The reason she
did this was because she wanted the public to see what had been done to their
President. She also had the courage to turn off her brother-in-law Robert F. Kennedy's
life support in 1968 when his wife Ethel wouldn't after he was shot in Los Angeles.
I remember when Jackie Kennedy died in 1994. I admire her a lot.
