Governor Cooper.


On Friday the 14th of December, I received a nice parcel from the Governor of North Carolina. Governor Cooper is a Democrat and dealt with some nasty natural disasters in North Carolina. I sent him a Christmas card on November the 22nd. I received a map of North Carolina and a Great Seal with his Signature on it.
