Twenty-Twenty.


On November 5th, I went to watch the Black Caps play England at Saxton Oval and it was heaps of fun. It was a twenty-twenty cricket international. It was the second twenty-twenty in Nelson and had a crowd of almost 6000. Not quite a sell out. I walked around town on Tuesday and met lots of players from both England and the Black Caps. They were all pretty friendly. As a wind up, I asked the England players and England fans if they knew that the Welsh, the Irish and the Scottish don't like the English and they laughed. The Black Caps went on to win by a narrow margin of 15 runs. One of  the real highlights was meeting Eoin Morgan and Johnny Bairstow. Morgan is the winning World Cup captain from the 50 overs World Cup in June and July. He is Irish
