I always enjoy going to the Countdown supermarket by the Nelson library to do my shopping. In my opinion, they are the best in Nelson. The staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. I think the supermarket is very nicely set out and they are very customer focused. I usually talk to the staff during their lunchtime break so they are not working and I send letters about it to members of parliament and Countdown national headquarters.
