The other day, after I emailed my friend Brenda, at Irish Cricket, I got a surprise email back from Ed Joyce. Ed played cricket for both England and Ireland and I met him in Nelson way back in 2015 when Ireland came here during the World Cup. The first time I heard about Ed was when he played for England in 2006 in a tri series with Australia and New Zealand. Ed also played for England county Middlesex. He was born in Dublin in the year 1977 and now coaches the Irish women's cricket team
