Over the last few weeks, I have enjoyed watching top class domestic rugby in Nelson. With former All Blacks such as T.J. Perena and Julian Saeva coming to play here with their domestic side, the Wellington Lions, against the Mako, winning 24 to 19 on September 7th. I was lucky enough to meet some Wellington players at a cafe. I also went to see the Mako play against Taranaki on September 11th. Thankfully the Mako won that game 37 to 27. There were lots of Super Rugby player's at those games.
