Tangi Utikere.

On May 3rd I met Labour MP Tangi Utikere who has held the electorate of Palmerston North since 2020. He is Labour's  transport spokesperson and was in town for a meeting about Rocks Road. He is also Labour's Senior Whip and is gay which I don't have a problem with. He was very down to earth.
