West Tigers V St George
On Friday, Benji Marshall and Robbie Farah sparked the Wests Tigers to victory over defending premiers St. George Dragons by sixteen points to fourteen. At halftime the score was two-nil to St. George but in the last minutes the game came to light with five tries. Two from St. George and three from the Tigers. It was the first time since 2008 that the Tigers had beaten the Dragons. Benji Marshall was man of the match. He scored the try of the game to put the Tigers in front for the first time. However St. George came back a few minutes later. I was on the edge of my seat watching the game. I could only breath easy again after the final whistle went. The Tigers play Penrith next week and hopefully they keep winning.
