Asset Sales


I am strongly against asset sales. I think it is wrong and bad for the New Zealand economy. It makes no sense. The country will lose because of it. John Key and his government have become mean spirited. They have failed to listen to the majority of New Zealanders who oppose the asset sales. Power prices are going to go up because of it. I signed the petition against it and there are not many people I know who support the sales.
A couple of weeks ago I took part in a protest in Nelsons Trafalgar Street against the asset sales. There were 6000 signatures on the petition and we took more on the day.
