On August 16th I visited Motueka for the first time Since 2009 when I caught the bus to Marahau which is next to the Abel Tasman national park.. But this was the dfirst time I had walked around Motueka since June 1999 when I was at the Abel Tasman Educational Trust which was in Riwaka but has now, sadly closed. I went past the office of the local MP, cabinet minister Damien O'Connor but sadly the office wasn't open. I notice there were traffic lights which weren't there when I was at ATET. I also drove through Mapua which is very pretty and I would like to visit sometime. I am so pleased that we finally have a good bus service in the Tasman region
